PCBL has openings.

The PCBL recently finished it's 7th season and is about to start Spring Training for season 7.
League rules are here.
There is a great core of owners that have been with the league since inception. The tone of the league is very laid back and while writing articles and posting is widely encouraged, there is no requirement to do so.
