Well it depends on your league settings too.

It even says "based on a modern, neutral Major League environment". So if your league totals/modifiers/PCM's are different, well, the stats it spits out aren't going to be as relevant.

Now, the .250 guy will still be one of the best relative to the rest of the league, but whether he hits .150 or .350 depends on your settings, IMO.
