I assume you mean the version 0.1 rosters - the only thing I've noticed (and I've played more than half a season with the set) is that Evan Longoria's fielding ratings are off. I think if you start the league as commissioner and manually multiply all of his fielding data by 10, that should fix the problem.
Also there's an issue with the AI DFAing and releasing a bunch of prospects near the beginning of the season (guys like Matusz, Saltalamacchia, etc.). I don't know of an easy fix for this - all of these guys will end up becoming free agents.
