Do players learn positions in the majors in the middle of a season?
I figured they would, but I'm not so sure. I played some of my Braves over the 2003 and 2004 season at several positions. I gave several fielders with no range at first base 20+ games at first, but none developed familiarity there..
Whatever the case, I wouldn't leave him at catcher. 1 passed ball and a few stolen bases every game might bite you in the @$$.
