Mmm. Darn it. If you've set things up in Notepad or what have you so that the columns are all lined up, if you just put a [ code ] and [ /code ] tags around them (remove the spaces), they'll line up in the completed post as well. It takes a little bit of extra time, potentially, but it allows people (or you later on) to be able to read things a lot easier.
