The only way I could actually get the main screen to load up was to DL and install the OOTP pre XP rar file. I can't get any leagues going. When I try to start a new league it loads to 100% then I get the message that OOTP.exe encountered a problem and has to close and it gives me the option to submit the data to Microsoft and the program closes.
