In the OOTP5 directory you will find your league folder, within the league folder there should be a logos folder. Copy the logos you downloaded into this folder. Next you have to rename those logos.

Start the game and go to each teams setup page. There at the right side over the team field picture you will see the old logo and underneath it will give the path to the logo, example, OOTP5/leaguename/logos/logo1.bmp. The last part "logo1.bmp" is the actual logo used for that team. So now go to your logos folder and rename the logo that you want to use for team 1, to logo1.bmp. So when your are done, if you have a 20 team league, you will have rename 20 of the logos that you downloaded, logo1-logo20.
