I'm trying to turn the tigers into the best franchise ever but having no luck. Ive been playing for 20 years and only 2 playoff appearances and out first round each time. I have tried building through the draft but all my picks were busts. I tried signing as many free agents as I could but those guy all turned into busts after a year. Basically what happens is all my players I get and trade for have good ratings then after one year they all get like .5 stars for ratings after being 4 or 5 star guys. So any tips?
