December 17th Update: This is still an outstanding issue - Skywalker76 can't connect to the ftp server of this online league. He is the only one out of 28 owners in this league (the CDL) that is having the issue so it is no longer a concern with either our league file or transitioning to the 9.2.11 patch.
More info in case this is related to the other recent patch related connection issues posted here: He is using 9.2.11 patch and is running OOTP9 on the Vista OS.
I have a laptop with Vista on it and may do some tests later if I have time in case it is somehow related to the OS. If I find anything out I will add to this post.
