I noticed there's an option to pay extra for a backup CD of the game. If backup CDs are available why isn't it possible to just buy the game on a CD instead of having to download it? I ask this because I'm kind of out in the boondocks without a broadband connection and 230MB worth of content makes for a VERY long download using dial-up.

My other question would be if I wanted to order the CD with the download just to get a hard copy will the CD be a full version that I could install/use or does the backup CD only work if you have already downloaded OOTP 9?
