Baltimore ace Tom Seaver made Joy in Mudville League history Tuesday night when he pitched the second no-hitter of his career.

Seaver, 23-13, held the New York Yankees to just two walks in a 2-0 victory. The right-hander struck out 10. Seaver retired pinch-hitter Ken Macha on a pop fly for the final out.

Seaver pitched his first no-hitter on May 11, 1973. Ironically, Seaver no-hit the Yankees in that game as well.

Seaver's masterpiece was the first no-hitter of the season. The league's last no-hitter came on July 5 of last year when Cleveland's Dennis Eckersley held Boston hitless.
