Another solo player here, I find myself starting lots of leagues. The challenge is starting with a bad team and building a strong organization (not just the major league team). After a couple of years though, once I like where my organization is, I find it way to easy to maintain the big league club a pennant contender year after year without exception. I then lose interest and start a new league. I can't remember the last time I had a league go 10+ years.
