Have just started a new universe which commences on 01-01-1890 and has 40 fictional boxers. Rules are as follows:
Every fighter must fight at least 4 times each year except for the champion
Challenges can only be made against boxers which are a maximum of 5 rankings above
Contender guaranteed at least one shot at title in any year
Champion must defend title at least twice each year
If title becomes vacant then contender gets title
Challengers for the title must wait at least a year between challenges
On loss of a title, losing Champion must wait at least 2 years before rechallenging
Bottom 10 boxers are relegated to Amateur ranks each year
Top 3 from Amateur Ranks promoted each year
Bottom 3 from Amateur Ranks each year lose licence to box
5 new boxers introduced to Professional Ranks at end of each year
