Alright, after my crash, I've decided to go in a different direction with my franchise than I had.......

Currently, I have ML, AAA, AA, A. I want to add either a S A or a R league. I can create the league just fine. But when I try to set a limit (any limit - I had tried 40) on the roster size, most of the players go to the newly formed team, a handful (anywhere from 1 to 7) of players remain on the AAA, AA, or A teams, and the rest get released.

Why is it doing this?
