I spent last evening on YouTube watching some of the great old fights. One you want to catch is Ernie Shavers and Tiger Williams. The ending is hilarious, but it was the fight that got "The Acorn" a title shot at some guy named Ali.

I live about 40 miles the other way from London. So its only about 85 miles from me to where your stepdaughter lives. I lived in London myself for many years, grew up there and got married in London but then decided to move to Essex where i have pretty much stayed ever since. Never been to Hitchin but have to say it looks my sort of town. Yes, i like peace and tranquility these days myself.
Yes i have heard people talking about a guy called Ali but he was miles before my time. I think he was a boxer or was he a corner man or something
