Suggestion
I know, it gets asked every year, but it would be awesome to add a supplemental round to the draft for free agent compensation.

Reason
My favorite way to play this game is to sim about 20-30 years and take over an expansion franchise. One of the best ways to build up one of these teams is to trade for Type A free agents at the trading deadline so you only have to pay 2 months of their salary, and then you can be compensated with an extra pick in the draft. However, currently if a team in the first half of the draft signs the player... you get nothing. It makes the process of stockpiling young talent very frustrating.

Medium.. like I said I know it gets asked every year and it is probably very difficult to code, but I would be a fantastic addition to what is already my favorite sports game.
