Hello,

I'm in an online league and I try to "Load online league file" from the game menu. I keep getting the "Error: could not download file" many times in a row before finally being able to get the update. So each time my league sims and the update becomes available I have to try to update 10, 20, or maybe 30 times in order to get the update. This problem seems to have gotten much worse since our league went to ootp 9. I had this problem with 9.1.6 and it continues more recently with 9.2.0. But our league went to a different server when we went to ootp 9, so that may be part of the problem also.

What I'm hoping for is an explanation of exactly what that error means and maybe some debugging help. I know there are different error messages for cannot connect to ftp, etc...
