I was wondering if anyone knew how OOTP generated player ratings for the HTML pages in an online league using scouting? There's some large differences I'm seeing between the HTML pages and in-game for players and it seems to be affecting my trading
Are the pages generated using a league-average scout? random? are they the "true" ratings?
