Not exactly. The league is my online one, yes, but the problem is being experienced in a version of the league that was imported into OOTP 9 for testing purposes. The testing has been conducted exclusively with all teams set to AI control. I've run about 100 sims of various lengths (trying to get financial settings right as we head to the new platform) and in every one this problem exists in the LBDI league (and
only the LBDI; the other AI leagues operate normally).
