Couple of ways. Click on the Transactions Icon on the bottom of the screen, the one that looks like a clipboard. One of your boxes, usually the upper right, will be labeled 40-Man and it'll show you what level each is currently in as well.

Another way is to click on your roster tab from your team's home page or from your manager's page - an option on the left is roster - then use the pull down in the upper right hand corner to adjust your screen setting to Active Roster (which it is by default) or 40-Man or Entire Organization. I might have missed an option, but the one you're looking for should be there.
