Situation is runner at first. Grounball hit to second (or where ever) and the PBP says "(Name of 2nd basemen) throws it wildly to second" it is followed by "(Batter's name) is safe at first!!!" "(Runner) moves up to second."

Shouldn't it be the other way around with the exclamation and main point being the guy at 2nd base being safe? And the after the play casual mention being that the batter is on first now?
