It's not that cut and dry. Things are a whole lot more fluid here than you seem to think that they are.
There's no master plan detailing when a bug will be fixed. Markus and Andreas go through things and either fix them right away, push them aside to fix at some indeterminate time later, or state that they won't fix them. Depending upon how quickly they can figure out a solution and depending upon how important a fix might become for the userbase, a bug will be fixed sooner or later.
Furthermore, I'm reluctant to close out any threads that were marked as ones that won't be fixed, as there are sometimes misunderstandings and some convincing can later get them addressed.
Unless an issue is actually causing you trouble, I wouldn't worry too much about all of the little logged reports out there.
