There have been a ton of mod sites over the years (well, at least since OOTP 3) that have come and gone but there are always someone who steps in and takes the mantle.

If I remember correctly, RBLwebguy is the handle of one the commishes (actually he stepped down recently but is still in that league as a GM) of a league I was in as of a few weeks ago. I know he didn't literally kick the bucket hehe...he probably just is playing less or life has caused him to put stuff like a mod site for a game on the back burner.

Pretty sure he was on the Beta team for OOTP 2007 as well.
