So, if Griffey was to make it onto the Yankees... I don't think Torre would move Bernie.
Besides. Griffey may be faster, though with the hamstring problems, I doubt it. Bernie does well with reading the ball of the bat. I can't argue at who's better than who. I'll just say that I'd rather have Bernie patrolling the Stadium's centerfield over Jr. -- No disrespect to Jr. Just a load of respect for Bernie.
