This is an interesting idea.
I usually try to have two ace starters, with very high endurance ratings.
I will carry 1-2 MR's, converted to starters, but no more.
The only way I would consider more than 1-2 MR's as starters would be if it is after September 1st, with the bigger rosters, or carrying 12-13 pitchers ALL the time.
If you bullpen gets tired, you are in for nine different levels of hell.
If you have ALL your starters with marginal endurance, it will be EXTREMELY difficult to give your bullpen a couple of days off...and one very bad start will crush the life out of your bullpen.
