Some very good (and helpful) points there. Thanks. I am using Paint.net for my uniforms. I actually DL'ed Deft's template and then some of yours I believe and I am using multiple layers. I read in an earlier post (forgot from whom) that the person was saving Deft's layers seperately and the adding layers, etc., to a blank template which is what I am doing.
I played around a little with noise and I did notice a difference. As for the Indians uniform, I didn't really love it, but I still wanted to keep it just so I could see if I am getting better down the road or not.
I will admit also that the black on that uniform looks pretty fake.
I am actually re-creating 30 high school teams for each of my owner's Alma Maters in my new OOTP9 league and these first two just happened to be similar in color.
Again, thanks a lot for the pointers and I will post some more soon. I did re-design the Indians uniform and made one new one as well. I am pasting them all together below.
