I tried installing ootp2007 on a laptop. I was able to license it with my second license. When I tried running it gives me the message:

oopt2007.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.

I even tried debugging and nothing.

I'm on Windows XP. I've tried reinstalling many times and get the same thing. Is there a setting or something I need to delete?
