I was not sure about the details here, but looking back to the earlier request I think you want something similar to that. To make sure I have it right, you want 2 subleagues, each with 4 divisions, each with 6 teams. Play 5 division opponents 18 times each (90 division games), play 18 other league opponents 4 times each (72 league games), play no interleague games. That makes 162 games total.

Please correct anything if I have it wrong.
