OK - don't have answers to all your questions here, but I have had spot starters get used in previous versions. The game shows the next starter in your rotation in the pre-game screen, but then starts the spot starter instead. Do you play out each game or sim? How many games have you simmed without a spot start in v9?
Also, when you start a 1925 game using 1925 settings, do you notice any differences in the starting rotations? Or do the numbers look just like they should in a current-day league?
