No, I am reasonably assured that the information is embedded in the inscrutable parks.dat file. Only a handful of human beings on this planet could unlock the secrets of that file, enabling one to copy "999" across the proper entries.

Actually, it should be built in by the true master to be able to turn off ball markers completely. Not that I don't admire the ingenuity; all of those location coordinates are necessary to get around the problem of having variable ballpark pictures. Otherwise, we would have one stadium diagram and a standard set of ball locations. It's just not for me, that's all.
