OK, I first had this problem after simming a league from 1951 to 1986 and taking over a team.

I noticed that there were no bunts. After checking the modifiers, I found the bunts set to .251

I tried a new league, simulating from 1901 to 1951.

After learning my lesson from the first league, I first went to the modifiers.

Home Runs are at .197
base on balls .483
Hit by pitches .310
Starting Pitcher Endurance 22900868.503(!!!! not a typo)
Sac Flies .368

It seems to me something is wrong here.
