So far the overall injury rate seems very well modeled to me. However the severity of the injuries is a bit off IMO.

I have so far played 4 seasons and had a lot of stars suffer career ending injuries, e.g. Bruce and A-Rod. I don't have the total number but I think I have so far seen way more than 30 career ending injuries in the MLB in just those 4 years. Seems a bit too high to me, but of course the sample size isn't that great yet so...
