Another update: I just finished compiling all 5 rankings from the entire AL East and Central. Basically, any AL East/Central player that was named by a ranking is now on my sheet... Consequently, there are a lot of players (336 and counting) listed.
If we use this for the game, any prospect with any sort of future is going to have some potential, I guess. It pisses me off when I load up a roster set and even the 12 best prospect in the real-life system has a potential rating of 20. Which, again, is why OOTP needs a "likelihood to reach potential" rating.
