Got the game for the 1st time this year. I consider my knowledge on baseball to be pretty, pretty good (for you Curb fans!
) but am struggling with the contract side of things. What the hell is Rule 5, arbitration etc. Its not as simple as football is over here where you sign a player to 4 years then re-negotiate whenever you want.#
