It seems like USA was in the division of Death with Belize/Czech in the finals, along with England almost making it to quarterfinals.
In my theory, I believe that 100 nations got too stretched out with the players and needs to be reduced to maybe 24-32 nations.
Think more like World Baseball Classic.
