I would clarify exactly what kind of faces you were using in your imported league. Face gen or actual imported mod photo files.

Then hopefully someone that's had this issue will see this and be able to help.

I had an issue with Face Gen not working, and it turned out that my computer color resolution had been knocked down to 16 bit from some temorary power outages/brownouts.

Once I reset the color resolution back to 32 bit - presto - Face Gen worked again.
