If you haven't already, I'd uninstall the program (make sure you clear it from every folder), and go through the resolution solution anyway. To be 100% sure, I'd even wipe out the downloaded install file and start from scratch. If the problem still persists, well, then on to step two (can't say what that is, but the Tech Support guys will).
Did you try to "reset" the program via the solution posted in the resolution issues thread with no luck?
