I posted a bug earlier that games imported from OOTP 7 constantly crash. One of the fourm users was helpful enough to alert me to a way to work around the problem. The problem apparently stems from FACEGEN pictures. If you delete the faces.dat file from your imported game and regenerate all new pictures, the game will work.

I see my problem posting is now in the "fixed" file. Not to be picky, but I don't believe the problem has been "fixed". Having to manually go in and delete a file and lose the pictures which were created in the older version is not a fix in my opinion. I think you should be able to import an older version game and have it work correctly and retain all elements created in that game, including pictures.

If this is not the intent of the program then you should advertise that games created in older versions require some modification to work in the new version.
