I think you are missing the scope of the issue... lots of players have no ratings.. lots of 1-1-1 ratings... these basically mean the player is completely useless... ok I wouldnt do that to rookie ball guys, but if it was them, there might be a point where we have to say, there wasnt time to work all the way down to a ball... but these are guys that should be in AAA
