I saw a post by Markus leading up to the release that has me thinking that roster makers are not on the same page as he is with the ratings. there are too many really really low rated guys in both the bigs and minors

The problem for rosters makers is the way the ratings are.. It will be nice if they can enter the real stats into ootp and it shoots out the correct player ratings. Right now its backwards.
Also what the point of just puting names in a real roster with no ratings. That makes no sense. It's better just to leave the names out, if your not going to put a rating for them.
Lastly its just opinions what the rating should be by the roster maker with the current system. Hopefully one day they wil be able to enter stats into ootp and the game will give them the correct ratings to use.
