One thing that I have noticed and this may be due to the time of season I imported or whether its due to the new scouting system I'm not sure. What has happened is that I have no scout rating of my own players, just an OSA one. On the drop down just OSA is listed. I did also have a problem with this league on ootp8 in that when I re run SISA all of the SISA ratings became blank, so this may well be what's caused the problem rather than the import into ootp9.

Your scouting problem would be caused by one of two things most likely. Either you don't have a scout or you are playing as commissioner. You need to play as a manager and work for that team to get the scouts opinions. Although you're playing in the minors... I'll have to check that out.
