So, we're having a pretty good discussion in the GUBA right now about guys being offered outlandish incentives and/or unreachable figures for IP or PAs to get cheaper yearly contracts.

What we're (I think) settling on is something like this:

Maximum of 50% of that year's contract value can be added on as a monetary bonus, up to $2.5M

Maximum of 625 PAs to reach hitters incentive

Maximum of 250 IP for a starting pitcher incentive

Maximum of 100 IP for a reliever incentive (we have a lot of relievers get 110-120 IP using Skydog's settings)

Does anybody else have something like this in place?
