Cleveland, Milwaukee Swap 30-Year-Olds
With Opening Day just hours away, the Cleveland Indians and Milwaukee Brewers worked out a trade of 30-year-olds.
Cleveland sent minor league relief pitcher Steve Hargan to Milwaukee for second baseman Ted Kubiak.
Hargan, a right-hander, has not pitched in the majors since 1970. He was a Triple-A All-Star in '71.
Meanwhile, Kubiak hit just .200 with two home runs and 13 RBIs in 175 at-bats with the Brewers last season.
