It's fair enough to say only 1 / 1000 people want to do it, but I'd be willing to bet that a similar amount have based a league in any country except the US, Canada, Japan, UK, or Cuba. There are other options that aren't commonly used (1 and 2 man rotations come to mind) but that doesn't mean they shouldn't be there.

I think a compromise would be to let us specify a separate name file and english.xml for each league, and completely turn off facegen for certain leagues, and to allow for all play by play / news text to be edited.

On the subject of the sexism argument, would you want to be able to make men's leagues in a softball game?
