I personally couldn't careless if you want to run a womens baseball league, but I think it is unreasonable to ask Markus to spend even one second of his time to make it so HIS game can be setup to run womens leagues. He has created an awesome baseball Game/Sim to emulate baseball, geared mainly toward major league setups, and their just isn't any major league woman leagues.
