I converted an OOTP4 league to OOTP5. I then went to advanced set-up and switched the draft time from "Pre-Season" to "June 1". It immediately created the next amateur class. I then switched it back to "Pre-season." For reasons unknown... I changed it to June 1 again.... and more rookies were created. Now I have twice as many as I needed.

I'm not sure if this is a "bug" or just something people should be aware of.
