According to all the studies I've seen published on these boards, player development in OOTP is fine the way it is.

So your prospects take talent hits. Boo-hoo. So do mine, and I'm not crying about it. I'm greatly amused by leagues which use house rules to prevent talent drops; that's some unrealistic tampering.
