Thank goodness you're not EA or player development would really be dismal. Anyone ever play Madden PC? Almost an entire team will progress to superstars or total failures in one off season. I quit buying it because you couldn't go more than a year without totally unrealistic teams. There may be issues, but OOTP8 player development is heaven compared to that.
