We have a player in our league Player Report for #28 Matvey Madiev

who has a non-existent power potential rated by SISA, but many of our scouts have his power potential rated as high as 9 or 10 on a 10 pt. scale. what should i consider his actual potential to be with the huge difference b/w SISA and our scouts?
