You'll want to unlicense your copy of the game before wiping it off of your computer. Additionally, you'll want to make a backup of your .lg folders found in the C:\Documents and Settings\(Owner)\My Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 8\data\saved_games directory.

After that, just reinstall the game using your same license key and copy your .lg folders back to the same directory. You should be good to go.
